This review is almost a year due but better late than never… We purchased a brand new 2023 Sportage last year from Kia Chilliwack, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Our salesman Lief, was especially helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and providing us with valuable advice.
Not only did Lief help us find the perfect car for our needs, but he also made sure that we got the best deal possible. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and we felt like we were in good hands from the moment we walked through the door.

Sierra is amazing! She came outside to greet me on a very windy and cold day, welcoming me inside, a great first impression! Sierra is a good communicator, really tries to understand your point of view, she is very patient and knows how to explain things clearly. If it was not for Sierra, I would probably not have decided to buy a car that day! One month later, I am still happy, and I do not regret my purchase! I got a 2024 Niro EV, super fun to drive!
We recently purchased a new car from Bannister Kia, in Chilliwack. We had owned two Kias previously and were trading one of them in. We met Sierra, our sales representative, when we walked in. Sierra made the buying process super easy and she was extremely helpful. My wife and I have purchased a lot of cars/trucks/suvs as we seem to both like to switch cars often. Sierra is someone I will go back to, if given the opportunity. We haven’t had the opportunity to use the Bannister service department yet, however, if they are even close to Sierra, they’ll be good.
Super happy with my brand new car! Sierra, Nolan and Leanne did an amazing job getting me the best deal possible and making sure I got what I wanted instead of settling. Everyone I interacted with was willing to spend some time helping to make sure I get the vehicle I want. The staff were friendly and had no problem entertaining my dog. Overall, a great experience!
